These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Boscuan77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online platform accessible at https://boscuan77.cam ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with Boscuan77, including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, betting activity, bonus participation, and any other use of our services.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must promptly update your account information whenever any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 — One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, names, or devices, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Boscuan77 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts;
• Void all bets placed across duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits claimed across duplicate accounts;

4.2 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. 4.3 — Know Your Customer (KYC)

• Source of funds documentation where deposits or wagering volumes exceed defined thresholds.

• DuitNow withdrawals: typically processed within 30 minutes;
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: typically processed within 1 to 4 hours subject to network confirmation times.

6.2 — Withdrawal Limits

6.3 — Withdrawal Refusal

Boscuan77 reserves the right to withhold or refuse any withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the account is under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct; (c) the applicable wagering requirements attached to a bonus have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal request is suspected to involve proceeds of unlawful activity.

Boscuan77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered players who meet the applicable qualifying criteria;

• All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, except in the case of manifest pricing errors;
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or pricing — including situations where odds are clearly inconsistent with the market or result of human or technical error — Boscuan77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes;
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are governed by the in-play betting rules applicable at the time of placement;
• In the event of event cancellation, postponement (beyond 24 hours), or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules — generally by returning stakes unless specified otherwise;

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Boscuan77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or glitches to obtain winnings that would not have been earned in normal play;

• Participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity;

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, or FPX;
• Any reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that contains errors.

Boscuan77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Boscuan77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via a Platform notification or email to your registered address.
